培养方法：实验准备：实验前参照GB4789.10或GB7918.5进行样品的增菌培养；将试剂盒内各种组分使用前置于冰上溶解，轻微混匀并短暂离心后冰上放置备用； 实验反应体系（25μL）：qPCR混合反应液24μL,模板1μL； 实验反应条件：第一步95℃ 1min，第二步95℃ 10s，第三步51℃ 30s，第二至三步循环40次； 荧光通道：FAM、VIC。
