/胃酶水解的动物组织和胰酶水解的酪素1:1混合物
检验原理：
葡萄糖提供碳源；酪蛋白胰酶消化物、动物组织的胃酶消化物等量混合提供氮源；琼脂是凝固剂。
用法:
Suspend 65.0g of the powder in 1L of purified water, heat with frequent agitation and boil for 1 minute to completely dissolve the powder. Autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes.
称取本品 65.0g,加热搅拌溶解于1000ml纯化水中,121℃高压灭菌 15 分钟,备用。

按标签用法制备培养基，接种以下质控菌株，放置20-25℃需氧培养48-72小时。 注：回收率计算时，用SDA琼脂做对照培养基。
