用途：用于椰毒假单胞酵米面亚种的选择性增菌培养。

检验原理：
马铃薯为微生物的生长提供氮源、碳源、维生素和生长因子；葡萄糖为微生物的生长提供能源和碳源；龙胆紫可抑制革兰氏阳性菌的生长；氯霉素可抑制除椰毒伯克霍尔德氏菌的大部分细菌生长。
含225ml GVC增菌液均质袋微生物灵敏度试验：
按标签用法制备培养基，接种以下质控菌株，放置36±1℃需氧培养48小时。
备 注：30-35℃空培养3天无菌生长。
