形态特性:菌落直径为1-2mm,圆形,边缘整齐,不透明,正面灰白色,中间凸起,表面光滑,质地湿润,易挑起,G+(蓝紫色),球菌
培养基:酵母浸粉:3.0g,麦芽浸粉:3.0g,葡萄糖:10.0g,酪蛋白胨:5.0g,pH:6.2±0.2(25℃)
培养条件:30℃;24-48h;好氧
培养方法:①准备上述平板2块;②安瓿管表面消毒后在安全柜中打开,用酒精灯灼烧顶部,后迅速滴上无菌水使之破裂,随后用镊子将其敲碎;③吸取0.5mL无菌水打入冻干管,充分溶解菌粉后,打入2块平板,200μL/个,涂布均匀;④将平板置于上述培养条件下培养,菌种长出即可使用。
存储形式:2-8℃
