形态特性：小型丝状真菌，在综合 PDA 培养基上菌落明显，初期菌丝白色，密集旺盛，后产黄绿色孢子长满平板，背面灰白色。
培养基：马铃薯浸粉：10.0g，葡萄糖：20.0g，KH2PO4：3.0g，MgSO4·7H2O：1.5g，硫胺素：0.008g，琼脂：15.0g，pH：6.0±0.2（25℃）
培养条件：28℃；5-7天；好氧；
培养方法：①准备上述平板 1-2 块；②安瓿管表面消毒后在安全柜中打开，用酒精灯灼烧顶部，后迅速滴上无菌水使之破裂，随后用镊子将其敲碎；③吸取 0.5mL 无菌水打入冻干管，充分溶解菌粉后，打入平板中 200μL/个，涂布均匀；④将平板置于上述培养条件下培养，菌种长出即可使用。
