培养方法：实验准备：将试剂盒内各种组分使用前置于冰上溶解，轻微混匀并短暂离心后冰上放置备用； 实验反应体系（25μL）：qPCR混合反应液15μL,模板2-10μL，其余用水补足； 实验反应条件：第一步96℃ 10min，第二步95℃ 10s，第三步55℃ 40s，第二至三步循环40次； 荧光通道：FAM。
