参考用途：本质控品由河南省工业微生物菌种工程技术研究中心研制，为萎缩芽孢杆菌灭活悬液，通过数字PCR定值，可用于方法建立、工作标准赋值、方法确认与评价、产品质量控制等。
形态特性：菌落直径为1-2mm，圆形，边缘整齐，不透明，正面黄色，颜色较深，形态扁平，表面粗糙，表面褶皱，质地干燥，纯度：纯，G＋（蓝紫色），杆菌
培养基：胰蛋白胨：15.0g，大豆胨：5.0g，氯化钠：5.0g，琼脂：15.0g，pH：7.3±0.2(25℃)
培养条件：37℃；18-24小时；好氧；
培养方法：从冰箱取出，完全融化后，涡旋振荡混匀，即可使用。注意：本质控品为灭活颗粒，需提取核酸后使用，提取或纯化试剂需自备，提取前避免反复冻融。最小取样量为200μL。
