培养基：酵母膏：5.0g，蛋白胨：10.0g，NaCl：10.0g，琼脂：15.0g，氯霉素：50μg/mL，pH：7.0(25℃)
培养条件：培养温度33℃；培养时间1-7天；气体环境5%CO2+95%空气；
培养方法：从冰箱取出，完全融化后，涡旋振荡混匀，即可使用。注意：本质控品为灭活颗粒，需提取核酸后使用，提取或纯化试剂需自备，提取前避免反复冻融。最小取样量为 200μl。
