Traceability

The balances used for gravimetric measurements are calibrated with weights traceable to the national standards (DKD). The calibration of the balances is verified daily internally and annually by an external accredited calibration service. Homogeneity

Random replicate samples of the final packaged RM have been analysed to prove homogeneity compliant with ISO 17034.

Storage

The RM should be stored in the original sealed container at the indicated temperature.

Instructions for use

It is recommended to use 1 mg as the minimum sample size and if less material is used, to increase the certified uncertainty by a factor of two for half sample and four for a quarter of sample. If storage after opening is necessary, the RM should be tightly closed and kept from light and moisture. If the RM was in a sealed ampoule, it should be transferred to a vial with minimum head space.

3. 核心检测方法
采用分光光度法,硝基苯经酸性条件下的锌粉还原生成苯胺,与显色剂N-(1-萘基)乙二胺生成紫色络合物,在560 nm波长处测定吸光度。需严格控制反应时间和温度(20±2℃)。
4. 检出限与定量限
方法检出限为0.02 mg/L,定量下限为0.03 mg/L。需通过至少7次空白样品平行测定计算标准偏差,以3倍标准偏差确定检出限。
5. 质控样品要求
每批次样品需包含10%平行样(偏差≤15%)及加标回收实验(回收率80-120%)。质控样浓度应为标准曲线中间值,保存温度≤4℃且48小时内完成测试。

7. 特别说明
硝基苯属剧毒物质,实验需在通风橱内操作。硫化物、亚硝酸盐、酚类等干扰物需通过预蒸馏去除。显色剂应现用现配,保存时间不超过4小时。
