Intended Use

This RM is intended for use in a laboratory as acalibration and quality control standard or in method development foranalytical techniques.

Traceability

The balances used for gravimetric measurements arecalibrated with weights traceable to the national standards (DKD). Thecalibration of the balances is verified daily internally and annually by anexternal7 accredited calibration service. Chromatographic methods are traceableto the International System of Units (SI).

Homogeneity

Random replicate samples of the final packaged RMhave been analysed to prove homogeneity compliant with ISO 17034.

Storage

The RM should be stored in the original sealedcontainer at the indicated temperature.

Instructions for use

It is recommended to use 1 mg as the minimum samplesize and if less material is used, to increase the certified uncertainty by afactor of two for half sample and four for a quarter of sample. If storageafter opening is necessary, the RM should be tightly closed and kept from lightand moisture. If the RM was in a sealed ampoule, it should be transferred to avial with minimum head space.

检出限与定量限

检出限为0.1 mg/kg，定量限为0.3 mg/kg，需通过空白样品加标验证实验室实际检测能力。

质控样品要求

每批次检测需包含空白样品、加标回收样品（加标浓度建议为定量限的1~5倍）和实验室控制样品（LCS），回收率应控制在80%~120%。

关键实验步骤

1. 样品预处理：称取1.0 g样品，加入10 mL乙酸乙酯超声萃取20分钟；
2. 色谱条件：DB-624毛细管柱（30 m×0.32 mm×1.8 μm），进样口温度250℃，检测器温度300℃，程序升温；
3. 定量分析：通过标准曲线法计算浓度。

特别说明

二氯甲烷易挥发，样品需密封冷藏保存并在48小时内完成检测；若检测值接近限量要求（≤50 mg/kg），需用GC-MS进行确证分析。
