Traceability

The balances used for gravimetric measurements arecalibrated with weights traceable to the national standards (DKD). Storage

The RM should be stored in the original sealedcontainer at the indicated temperature.

Instructions for use

It is recommended to use 1 mg as the minimum samplesize and if less material is used, to increase the certified uncertainty by afactor of two for half sample and four for a quarter of sample. If storageafter opening is necessary, the RM should be tightly closed and kept from lightand moisture. If the RM was in a sealed ampoule, it should be transferred to avial with minimum head space.

本方法适用于生活饮用水及其水源水中2,4,6-三氯苯酚的检测,覆盖浓度范围为0.1 μg/L~50 μg/L。
核心检测方法
液相色谱-三重四极杆质谱法(LC-MS/MS)。水样经固相萃取(SPE)富集后分离,通过多反应监测模式(MRM)进行定性定量分析。
检出限与定量限
方法检出限(MDL)为0.03 μg/L,定量限(LOQ)为0.1 μg/L,满足痕量检测需求。
质控样品要求
需包含空白样、平行样及加标回收样。加标回收率需在80%~120%之间,平行样相对偏差≤15%。每批样品(≤20个)至少插入1组质控样。
关键实验步骤
1. 样品预处理:调节水样pH至2.0±0.2后过C18固相萃取柱;
2. 洗脱与浓缩:用甲醇洗脱并氮吹至近干,定容至1 mL;
3. 仪器分析:设置色谱柱为C18反相柱,流动相为甲醇-水梯度,流速0.3 mL/min,柱温40℃。
特别说明
实验需避光操作以防止目标物光解;玻璃器皿需硅烷化处理以避免吸附损失。若样品含余氯需加入硫代硫酸钠消除干扰。
