Intended Use

This RM is intended for use in a laboratory as acalibration and quality control standard or in method development foranalytical techniques.

Traceability

The balances used for gravimetric measurements arecalibrated with weights traceable to the national standards (DKD). Thecalibration of the balances is verified daily internally and annually by anexternal7 accredited calibration service. Chromatographic methods are traceableto the International System of Units (SI).

Homogeneity

Random replicate samples of the final packaged RMhave been analysed to prove homogeneity compliant with ISO 17034.

Storage

The RM should be stored in the original sealedcontainer at the indicated temperature.

Instructions for use

It is recommended to use 1 mg as the minimum samplesize and if less material is used, to increase the certified uncertainty by afactor of two for half sample and four for a quarter of sample. If storageafter opening is necessary, the RM should be tightly closed and kept from lightand moisture. If the RM was in a sealed ampoule, it should be transferred to avial with minimum head space.

适用范围 适用于地表水、地下水、工业废水中苯胺类化合物(包括邻甲苯胺)的测定,检测浓度范围为0.03~1.0 mg/L。
核心检测方法 基于苯胺类化合物与亚硝酸盐重氮化后,与N-(1-萘基)乙二胺偶联生成红色染料,在540 nm波长下进行分光光度测定。
检出限与定量限 检出限为0.03 mg/L,定量下限为0.10 mg/L(以邻甲苯胺计)。
质控样品要求 1. 每批次样品需带平行样(相对偏差≤10%);
2. 加标回收率控制在80%~120%;
3. 空白试验中邻甲苯胺浓度应低于检出限。
关键实验步骤 1. 样品酸化至pH≤2后冷藏保存;
2. 重氮化反应需在低温(5℃以下)避光条件下进行;
3. 显色时间控制在10~30分钟完成测定。
特别说明 1. 酚类、硫化物会干扰测定,需通过预蒸馏或掩蔽剂消除干扰;
2. 邻甲苯胺标准溶液需现用现配,避光保存。
