Reference Material

This certificate is designed in accordance with ISO 17034 and ISO Guide 31. This reference material (RM) was designed,produced and verified in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 17034 and a registered quality management system ISO9001.

The certified value(s) and uncertainty(ies) are determined in accordance with ISO 17034 with an 95% confidence level (k=2). Uncertainty is based on the Total Combined Uncertainty, including uncertainties of characterisation, homogeneity and stability testing. Stability values are based on real evidence opposed to simulation.Uncertainty

The producer certifies that this reference material meets the specification stated in this certificate until the expiry date, provided it is stored unopened at the recommended temperature herein. Product warranties for this reference material are set out in the terms and conditions of purchase.

Intended Use

This RM is intended for use in a laboratory as a calibration and quality control standard or in method development for analytical techniques.

Traceability

The balances used for gravimetric measurements are calibrated with weights traceable to the national standards (DKD). The calibration of the balances is verified daily internally and annually by an external accredited calibration service. Chromatographic methods are traceable to the International System of Units (SI).

Homogeneity

Random replicate samples of the final packaged RM have been analysed to prove homogeneity compliant with ISO 17034.

Storage

The RM should be stored in the original sealed container at the indicated temperature.

Instructions for use

It is recommended to use 1 mg as the minimum sample size and if less material is used, to increase the certified uncertainty by a factor of two for half sample and four for a quarter of sample. If storage after opening is necessary, the RM should be tightly closed and kept from light and moisture. If the RM was in a sealed ampoule, it should be transferred to a vial with minimum head space.

适用范围

本标准规定室内空气中挥发性有机化合物(包括1,2,3-三甲苯)的浓度限值及检测方法,适用于住宅、办公场所等室内环境的空气质量评价。

核心检测方法

采用气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)或气相色谱-氢火焰离子化检测法(GC-FID),对空气中1,2,3-三甲苯进行定性与定量分析。

检出限与定量限

GC-MS法检出限为0.05 μg/m³,定量限为0.15 μg/m³;GC-FID法检出限为0.1 μg/m³,定量限为0.3 μg/m³。

质控样品要求

需使用空白样品、平行样品及加标回收样品进行质量控制,回收率范围应控制在80%~120%,相对标准偏差(RSD)≤15%。

关键实验步骤

1. 采样:使用Tenax-TA吸附管采集空气样品,流量0.2 L/min,采样时间≥20 min;
2. 热脱附:脱附温度250~300℃,载气为高纯氮气;
3. 仪器分析:优化色谱柱温度程序,确保目标物与干扰物有效分离。

特别说明

检测时需避免实验室环境中同类化合物的交叉污染,定期校准仪器并验证色谱峰分离度;若样品中1,2,3-三甲苯浓度超过定量限,应进行二次确认分析。
