Intended Use

This RM is intended for use in a laboratory as acalibration and quality control standard or in method development foranalytical techniques.

Traceability

The balances used for gravimetric measurements arecalibrated with weights traceable to the national standards (DKD). Thecalibration of the balances is verified daily internally and annually by anexternal7 accredited calibration service. Chromatographic methods are traceableto the International System of Units (SI).

Homogeneity

Random replicate samples of the final packaged RMhave been analysed to prove homogeneity compliant with ISO 17034.

Storage

The RM should be stored in the original sealedcontainer at the indicated temperature.

Instructions for use

It is recommended to use 1 mg as the minimum samplesize and if less material is used, to increase the certified uncertainty by afactor of two for half sample and four for a quarter of sample. If storageafter opening is necessary, the RM should be tightly closed and kept from lightand moisture. If the RM was in a sealed ampoule, it should be transferred to avial with minimum head space.

定量限(LOQ):0.01 mg/kg

质控样品要求
1. 每批次样品需包含空白对照、加标回收样(加标浓度为LOQ水平与中浓度水平);

1. 样品提取:均质样品后,用乙腈振荡提取,加入氯化钠分层;
2. 净化:提取液经PSA和C18吸附剂分散固相萃取净化;
3. 仪器条件:色谱柱为DB-5MS(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm),柱温程序升温,离子源温度230℃,四级杆温度150℃;
4. 定量分析:以基质匹配标准曲线校准,避免基质效应干扰。
特别说明
1. 联苯菊酯易光解,样品前处理需避光操作;
2. 复杂基质(如含色素或脂类样品)需增加净化步骤或调整吸附剂比例;
3. 若检测结果接近定量限,建议采用同位素内标法复核以提高准确性。
