Uncertainty

Intended Use

This RM is intended for use in a laboratory as acalibration and quality control standard or in method development foranalytical techniques.

Traceability

The balances used for gravimetric measurements arecalibrated with weights traceable to the national standards (DKD). Thecalibration of the balances is verified daily internally and annually by anexternal7 accredited calibration service. Chromatographic methods are traceableto the International System of Units (SI).

Homogeneity

Random replicate samples of the final packaged RMhave been analysed to prove homogeneity compliant with ISO 17034.

Storage

The RM should be stored in the original sealedcontainer at the indicated temperature.

Instructions for use

It is recommended to use 1 mg as the minimum samplesize and if less material is used, to increase the certified uncertainty by afactor of two for half sample and four for a quarter of sample. If storageafter opening is necessary, the RM should be tightly closed and kept from lightand moisture. If the RM was in a sealed ampoule, it should be transferred to avial with minimum head space.

3. 色谱柱程序升温,初始温度40℃保持5 min,以10℃/min升至200℃。
特别说明 样品中若存在四氯化碳等干扰物需通过色谱柱选择或前处理消除,结果报告需注明是否扣除本底干扰。

检出限与定量限 三氯乙烯方法检出限为0.02 μg/L,定量下限为0.08 μg/L。
质控样品要求 每10个样品需插入1个实验室空白,平行样相对偏差应≤20%,内标物回收率60%-130%。
关键实验步骤 1. 样品瓶需无顶空并密封,保存于4℃且48小时内分析;
2. 吹扫时间11 min,捕集阱温度40℃;
3. 质谱扫描模式为全扫描(m/z 35-270)。
特别说明 高浓度样品需稀释后分析,若存在颗粒物需经0.45 μm滤膜过滤。
