Intended Use

Traceability

The balances used for gravimetric measurements are calibrated with weights traceable to the national standards (DKD). The calibration of the balances is verified daily internally and annually by an external accredited calibration service. Random replicate samples of the final packaged RM have been analysed to prove homogeneity compliant with ISO 17034.

Storage

The RM should be stored in the original sealed container at the indicated temperature.

Instructions for use

It is recommended to use 1 mg as the minimum sample size and if less material is used, to increase the certified uncertainty by a factor of two for half sample and four for a quarter of sample. If storage after opening is necessary, the RM should be tightly closed and kept from light and moisture. If the RM was in a sealed ampoule, it should be transferred to a vial with minimum head space.

核心检测方法
基于对氯苯胺在酸性条件下与亚硝酸盐重氮化后,与N-(1-萘基)乙二胺发生偶合反应生成紫红色化合物,于550 nm波长处进行分光光度测定。
检出限与定量限
方法检出限(LOD)为0.03 mg/L,定量限(LOQ)为0.10 mg/L。需通过标准曲线验证线性范围。
质控样品要求
每批次样品需包含空白样、平行样及加标回收样,加标回收率应控制在80%-120%,相对标准偏差(RSD)≤15%
关键实验步骤
1. 样品前处理:过滤后调节pH至中性;
2. 重氮化反应:盐酸酸化后加入亚硝酸钠;
3. 偶合反应:加入氨基磺酸铵去除多余亚硝酸盐后,添加显色剂;
4. 显色稳定后15分钟内完成吸光度测量。
特别说明
当水样中存在高浓度酚类或硫化物时需进行预蒸馏处理,显色过程需避光操作以防光解。
