适用范围

适用于植物源性食品(蔬菜、水果、谷物、茶叶等)中包括您使用的67种农药在内的331种农药残留检测。涵盖有机磷、拟除虫菊酯、三唑类等多种农药类别。

核心检测方法

方法原理: QuEChERS前处理结合液相色谱-三重四极杆质谱联用技术(LC-MS/MS)

前处理流程:
1. 乙腈提取
2. 盐包(MgSO₄+NaCl)脱水分离
3. PSA吸附剂净化
4. 氮吹浓缩复溶

检出限与定量限

检出限(LOD): 0.001~0.01 mg/kg(具体依农药种类而定)

定量限(LOQ): 0.01~0.05 mg/kg(需通过方法验证确认)

实际定量限应根据仪器灵敏度、基质干扰等因素进行验证

质控样品要求

标准品: 需使用您提及的乙腈中67种农药混标溶液(10μg/mL)建立校准曲线

空白加标: 每批次样品需包含≥20%的基质加标样品(加标水平0.01~0.1mg/kg)

平行样: ≥10%样品需做平行双样测定

过程控制: 每20个样品插入1个质控样(已知浓度标准溶液)

关键实验步骤

1. 样品提取: 10g样品+10mL乙腈振荡提取,加入盐包(4g MgSO₄+1g NaCl)离心分层

2. 净化: 取上清液加入150mg PSA+900mg MgSO₄,涡旋离心

3. 浓缩: 取净化液氮吹至近干,1mL初始流动相复溶

4. 仪器分析:
- 色谱柱:C18柱(2.1×100mm,1.8μm)
- 流动相:A:0.1%甲酸水 B:0.1%甲酸乙腈
- 质谱:MRM模式采集,至少2对离子对

特别说明

基质效应: 必须采用基质匹配标准曲线校正,尤其对茶叶、葱蒜类等复杂基质

混标使用: 67种农药混标溶液开封后需-18℃避光保存,使用前恢复至室温混匀

方法验证: 更换仪器或试剂批次时需重新验证LOQ、回收率(70-120%)和精密度(RSD≤15%)

干扰排除: LC-MS/MS分析时需监控基质空白中的干扰峰,必要时调整色谱分离条件
