GB 23200.113-2018 食品安全国家标准 植物源性食品中208种农药及其代谢物残留量的测定 气相色谱-质谱联用法
适用范围
适用于蔬菜、水果、谷物、茶叶等植物源性食品中52种有机磷、有机氯、拟除虫菊酯类农药残留的检测。覆盖乙腈中52种农药混标溶液(10μg/mL)包含的毒死蜱、氯氰菊酯、联苯菊酯等常见农药。
核心检测方法
1. 样品经乙腈提取后采用QuEChERS法净化
2. 气相色谱分离条件:DB-5MS色谱柱(30m×0.25mm×0.25μm),程序升温
3. 质谱检测:电子轰击电离源(EI),选择离子监测模式(SIM)
4. 采用内标法定量(推荐使用氘代蒽作为内标物)

质控样品要求
1. 每批次样品需设置空白对照和加标回收实验
2. 加标浓度:LOQ、2倍LOQ、10倍LOQ三个浓度水平
3. 回收率范围:70%-120%(特定农药参考附录要求)
4. 相对标准偏差(RSD):≤20%
5. 每20个样品插入1个质控样,使用有证标准物质校准
关键实验步骤
1. 提取:样品粉碎后加入乙腈振荡提取,MgSO4和NaCl盐析分层
2. 净化:取上清液加入PSA和GCB吸附剂净化离心
3. 浓缩:氮吹浓缩至近干,乙腈定容
4. 仪器分析:GC-MS进样,分流比10:1,进样量1μL
5. 定性定量:保留时间偏差≤0.1min,特征离子丰度比偏差≤20%
特别说明
1. 乙腈中52种混标溶液需验证基质效应,必要时采用基质匹配标准曲线
2. 菊酯类农药易吸附,玻璃器皿需硅烷化处理
3. 含硫样品(如葱蒜类)需增加铜粉除硫步骤
4. 标准溶液开封后需-18℃避光保存,使用前恢复至室温
5. 当检测值接近限量时,需用第二根不同极性色谱柱确认(如DB-17MS)
