适用于蔬菜、水果、谷物等植物源性食品中64种有机磷、有机氯、拟除虫菊酯等农药残留的定量检测,包含甲胺磷、毒死蜱、氯氰菊酯等常见农药
核心检测方法
1. 试样经乙腈提取,QuEChERS方法净化
2. 使用气相色谱-三重四极杆质谱(GC-MS/MS)检测
3. 采用多反应监测模式(MRM)提高选择性
4. 内标法定量(建议使用氘代农药内标)

质控样品要求
1. 每批次样品需做空白对照(不含目标农药的基质)
2. 加标回收率控制范围:70%-120%
3. 平行双样测定相对偏差≤20%
4. 保留时间偏差≤±0.1min
5. 标准曲线相关系数R²≥0.995
关键实验步骤
1. 样品提取:10g试样+10mL乙腈振荡提取,加入NaCl盐析
2. 净化处理:取上清液经PSA+C18吸附剂净化
3. 浓缩定容:氮吹浓缩至近干,丙酮定容至1mL
4. 仪器分析
  - 色谱柱:DB-5MS (30m×0.25mm×0.25μm)
  - 程序升温:60℃(1min)→20℃/min→180℃→5℃/min→300℃(5min)
  - 离子源温度:280℃
特别说明
1. 丙酮中64种农药混标溶液需用基质匹配标准曲线消除基质效应
2. 每12小时需进行中间浓度点校验(偏差≤15%)
3. 含硫农药(如克百威)需用铜粉除硫处理
4. 热不稳定农药(如灭多威)需采用冷进样技术
