培养基：90%EMEM+10%FBS
培养条件：培养温度37℃；培养时间2-7天；气体环境5%CO2+95%空气；
培养方法：从冰箱取出，完全融化后，涡旋振荡混匀，即可使用。注意：本质控品为灭活颗粒，需提取核酸后使用，提取或纯化试剂需自备，提取前避免反复冻融。最小取样量为200μL。
