用法：称取本品30.54g于930ml蒸馏水中，搅拌溶解，加入85%磷酸26.7ml和40g甘油，用氨水或10g/L硫酸铵调pH值至5.0, 121℃高压灭菌15min,冷却后加入4.5ml过滤除菌的PTM1,混匀，备用。诱导表达前调pH值至6.0。
