用途：用于肉毒梭菌的增菌培养。
成分(g/L)
用法：
称取本品80.0g,加热溶解于1000ml蒸馏水中,分装试管,每管15ml,加入液体石蜡覆盖培养基0.3-0.4cm, 121℃高压灭菌10分钟。使用前,水浴煮沸加热试管10~15分钟,排除游离氧后,迅速冷却,每管无菌操作加入1.5%胰蛋白酶(1:250)溶液1ml,备用。
注：瓶装干粉TPGYT需自行另购胰蛋白酶！！推荐使用HBPT9260 TPGYT肉汤管（每支已配套无菌胰酶）
胰蛋白酶胰蛋白胨葡萄糖酵母膏肉汤基础(TPGYT)微生物灵敏度试验：
按标签用法制备培养基，接种以下质控菌株，放置36℃厌氧培养24小时。
