用途:用于革兰氏阳性细菌增菌培养。
用法
称取本品 53.0g,加热溶解于 1000ml 蒸馏水中,分装每瓶 100ml,121℃高压灭菌 15 分钟,冷至 50℃左右时,每 100ml 培养基中加入1 支多粘菌素 B 溶液(1万单位),混匀,备用。
