用法：
Suspend 45.0g/liter, and heat toboilingfor 1 to 2 minutes.Transfer 120-ml portionsto 250-ml volumetric flasks or9-ml portions to test tubes,all being capped with cotton plugs or loose-ftting caps.Heat at 100℃ for 30 min and cool immediately. 称取本品45.0g,加热搅拌溶解于1000ml蒸馏水中，分装三角瓶每瓶120ml或分装试管,每管9ml,100℃水浴加热30分钟，迅速在流动的冷水中冷却，无需高压灭菌。
