添加剂：每瓶需配套添加1盒HB9320a NL添加剂使用。
用法：
称取本品66.0g，加热煮沸完全溶解于1000ml蒸馏水中，分装三角瓶，每瓶200ml，121℃高压灭菌15min，若有需要，培养基冷至50℃左右时，每200ml培养基中加入一支HB9320a NL添加剂（含万古霉素40mg），混合均匀后，倾入无菌平皿，备用。
