培养条件：培养温度37℃；培养时间48小时；气体环境厌氧；
培养方法：本标准品使用时，移至室温（20~25℃）复融后，震荡均匀，简短离心，置于冰上低温环境暂存待用，尽量避免反复冻融。
存储形式：-80℃
