培养基：特殊蛋白胨：23.0g，可溶性淀粉：1.0g，氯化钠：5.0g，琼脂：10.0g，脱纤维羊血：5%(50℃添加)，pH：7.3±0.2（25℃）
培养条件：培养温度37℃；培养时间48小时；气体环境厌氧；
培养方法：使用前应先从低温环境中取出，平衡至室温；开盖前请先离心（12000rmp，60s）；开盖后加入100μL无酶ddH2O，即得到核酸标准溶液100μL；盖盖充分震荡混匀后短暂离心放置冰上待用。
