2. 样品前处理:乙腈提取→盐析分层→净化(PSA/C18/GCB等吸附剂)

4. 定量方法:基质匹配标准曲线外标法
检出限与定量限
1. 检出限(LOD):0.005~0.05 mg/kg(依具体农药而定)

3. 甲苯混标溶液浓度(10μg/mL)需稀释至0.01~0.5μg/mL建立标准曲线
质控样品要求
1. 空白对照:每批次样品需同时处理试剂空白
2. 加标回收:每20个样品设1组加标回收(加标水平0.01~0.1mg/kg)
3. 回收率范围:70%~120%(RSD≤20%)
4. 标准曲线:r²≥0.99,每批更新
关键实验步骤
1. 样品提取:15g样品+30mL乙腈均质→加入5g氯化钠离心分层
2. 净化:取6mL上清液+900mg MgSO₄+150mg PSA+C18混合净化
3. 浓缩定容:氮吹至近干,甲苯定容至1.0mL
4. GC-MS分析
   • 色谱柱:DB-5MS (30m×0.25mm×0.25μm)
   • 程序升温:70℃(2min)→20℃/min→180℃→5℃/min→300℃(5min)
   • 离子源温度:230℃
特别说明
1. 甲苯混标溶液需验证与基质匹配标准品的响应一致性
2. 注意甲苯溶剂峰对早期流出农药的干扰(如敌敌畏)
3. 部分热不稳定农药(如克百威)需采用脉冲不分流进样模式
4. 每12小时需进行仪器调谐和质量校准
5. 同分异构体农药(如顺/反式氯氰菊酯)必须通过特征离子分离定量
