适用于水果、蔬菜及其制品中500种农药及相关化学品残留量的定性筛查和定量检测。检测基质包括新鲜果蔬、果汁、果酱等加工品。
1. 试样经乙腈提取
2. 采用QuEChERS或固相萃取(SPE)净化
3. 气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS/MS)分析
4. 内标法/外标法进行定量
• 检出限(LOD)：0.001~0.05 mg/kg
• 定量限(LOQ)：0.005~0.10 mg/kg
• 具体数值因农药种类及仪器灵敏度差异调整
1. 每批次试样需同步进行空白试验
2. 每20个样品插入1个加标质控样
3. 加标回收率范围：70%~120%
4. 采用甲苯中99种农药混标溶液(100μg/mL)进行校准
前处理：
1. 试样粉碎后加入乙腈均质提取
2. 加入盐包离心分层
3. 取上清液经PSA/C18吸附剂净化
仪器分析：
1. 进样口温度：260℃
2. 色谱柱：DB-5MS (30m×0.25mm×0.25μm)
3. 质谱采用多反应监测(MRM)模式
4. 每种农药需监测2对离子对
1. 甲苯中99种农药混标溶液需按标准附录B配制工作曲线
2. 含硫基质需进行硫磺净化处理
3. 热不稳定农药需采用冷进样口技术
4. 每12小时需进行中间浓度点校验
5. 方法验证需满足GB/T 27404要求
