2. 干扰消除：油脂类样品需增加冷冻除脂步骤（-18℃ 4h）
3. 色谱确认：阳性样品需用不同极性色谱柱复测（如DB-1701）
4. 时效性：注意标准物质有效期（开封后建议3个月内使用）
5. 安全防护：全程在通风橱操作，佩戴防有机溶剂口罩
