3. 明确适用于甲苯中86种农药混标溶液（标准溶液A）作为校准物质
2. 仪器分析：气相色谱-质谱联用（GC-MS）
3. 色谱条件：DB-5MS色谱柱（30m×0.25mm×0.25μm），程序升温
4. 质谱条件：EI离子源（70eV），选择离子监测模式（SIM）
2. 定量限(LOQ)：0.01~0.10 mg/kg
3. 甲苯混标溶液需稀释至0.01~1.0 μg/mL建立校准曲线
2. 空白样品：每批次不少于2个空白基质对照
3. 加标回收：低、中、高三个浓度水平（LOQ、10LOQ、50LOQ）
4. 平行样：每10个样品设1组平行测定
2. 样品净化：净化柱先用5mL乙腈-甲苯（3:1）活化
3. 氮吹复溶：40℃水浴氮吹至近干，1mL甲苯定容
4. 进样顺序：空白→校准曲线→样品→质控样（每10针插入校准中点）
