2. 仪器分析：
• 色谱柱：C18柱（2.1×100mm, 1.7μm）
• 流动相：0.1%甲酸水溶液 + 乙腈梯度洗脱
• 质谱模式：ESI+多反应监测(MRM)
• 进样量：5μL | 柱温：40℃
2. 定量限(LOQ)：2.0~5.0 μg/kg
3. 精密度要求：
• 使用甲醇中8种化合物混标（1000μg/mL）逐级稀释

2. 质量控制：
• 每批样品需同时检测：
✓ 空白基质样品（阴性对照）
✓ 加标回收样品（低、中、高浓度）
• 回收率范围：70%~120%
• 每20个样品插入质控样
• 空白基质提取液稀释标准品
• 浓度梯度：LOQ、5、10、20、50、100μg/kg
2. 样品前处理：
• 均质：取2.0g样品+8mL提取液
• 离心：10000r/min，10min（4℃）
• 净化：HLB柱活化→上样→5mL水淋洗→6mL甲醇洗脱
• 浓缩：45℃氮吹至干，1mL甲醇复溶
