Intended Use

Traceability

The balances used for gravimetric measurements arecalibrated with weights traceable to the national standards (DKD). Homogeneity

Random replicate samples of the final packaged RMhave been analysed to prove homogeneity compliant with ISO 17034.

Storage

The RM should be stored in the original sealedcontainer at the indicated temperature.

Instructions for use

It is recommended to use 1 mg as the minimum samplesize and if less material is used, to increase the certified uncertainty by afactor of two for half sample and four for a quarter of sample. If storageafter opening is necessary, the RM should be tightly closed and kept from lightand moisture. If the RM was in a sealed ampoule, it should be transferred to avial with minimum head space.

方法检出限(LOD)为0.005 mg/kg,定量限(LOQ)为0.01 mg/kg。实际检测时应确保样品浓度高于定量限。
质控样品要求
1. 每批次样品需包含空白对照和加标回收样品(加标浓度为LOQ~10倍LOQ);
2. 回收率应控制在70%~120%,相对标准偏差(RSD)≤20%。
关键实验步骤
1. 样品均质与乙腈提取;
2. 弗罗里硅土固相萃取柱净化;
3. 氮吹浓缩至干后用正己烷复溶;
4. GC-MS分析,参数设置:进样口温度260℃,柱温程序起始80℃,保持1 min,以25℃/min升至250℃。
特别说明
1. 氰戊菊酯存在顺式与反式异构体,需确保色谱分离度≥1.5;
2. 若样品基质复杂,建议使用基质匹配标准曲线减少干扰;
3. 实验废弃物需按危化品规范处理。
