Intended Use

This RM is intended for use in a laboratory as acalibration and quality control standard or in method development foranalytical techniques.

Traceability

The balances used for gravimetric measurements arecalibrated with weights traceable to the national standards (DKD). Thecalibration of the balances is verified daily internally and annually by anexternal7 accredited calibration service. Chromatographic methods are traceableto the International System of Units (SI).

Homogeneity

Random replicate samples of the final packaged RMhave been analysed to prove homogeneity compliant with ISO 17034.

Storage

The RM should be stored in the original sealedcontainer at the indicated temperature.

Instructions for use

It is recommended to use 1 mg as the minimum samplesize and if less material is used, to increase the certified uncertainty by afactor of two for half sample and four for a quarter of sample. If storageafter opening is necessary, the RM should be tightly closed and kept from lightand moisture. If the RM was in a sealed ampoule, it should be transferred to avial with minimum head space.

关键实验步骤
样品提取 使用正己烷-丙酮(1:1, v/v)混合溶剂进行索氏提取或加压溶剂萃取,提取时间≥16小时。
净化 采用弗罗里硅土柱净化,淋洗液为二氯甲烷-正己烷(3:7, v/v)。
仪器条件 色谱柱:DB-5MS(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm);升温程序:初始80℃保持2分钟,以20℃/min升至280℃,保持10分钟。
特别说明
1. 四氯硝基苯易与同类化合物产生共流出干扰,需通过质谱特征离子比例和保留时间双重确认。
2. 实验过程中需严格避免塑料制品接触样品,防止邻苯二甲酸酯类物质污染。
3. 若样品中目标物浓度超过校准曲线范围,需稀释后重新测定。
