培养基:酵母浸粉:3.0,麦芽提取物:3.0,葡萄糖:10.0,酪蛋白胨:5.0,琼脂:20.0,pH:6.2±0.2(25℃)
培养条件:30℃;24-48h;好氧;
培养方法:①准备上述平板 1-2 块;②安全柜中打开,根据西林瓶盖箭头指示标志,打开菌株与复溶液;③取 1mL 复溶液加入到冻干粉中,盖上胶塞,震荡溶解;④分别吸取200μL菌悬液打入两块平板,涂布均匀;⑤将平板置于上述培养条件下培养,菌种长出即可使用。
