适用范围

适用于测定使用过的润滑油中22种元素(Al、Sb、Ba、B、Ca、Cr、Cu、Fe、Pb、Mg、Mn、Mo、Ni、P、K、Na、Si、Ag、Sn、Sr、Ti、Zn)含量,检测范围0.1~1000 mg/kg

核心检测方法

电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES),样品经有机溶剂稀释后直接进样分析

检出限与定量限

典型元素检出限0.01~0.5 mg/kg,定量限0.1~1.0 mg/kg(需根据仪器性能实际验证)

质控样品要求

每批样品需带空白、标准物质(CRM)及加标回收样:
1. 空白样品:基础油或溶剂空白
2. 标准物质:NIST SRM 1084a/1085a
3. 加标回收率:85%~115%

关键实验步骤

1. 样品制备:称取0.5g油样+10mL稀释剂(煤油/二甲苯)
2. 仪器校准:多元素混合标准溶液建立校准曲线
3. 分析条件:射频功率≥1.2kW,雾化气流量0.6~1.0 L/min
4. 干扰校正:需验证光谱干扰并选择最佳分析谱线

特别说明

1. 需验证元素间干扰(如Ba对Ti的谱线干扰)
2. 高粘度样品需增加稀释比例或加热处理

适用于生物柴油(脂肪酸甲酯)中游离甘油(0.005%~0.07%)和总甘油(0.05%~0.7%)的含量测定

气相色谱法(GC-FID):
1. 游离甘油:样品直接衍生化后进样
2. 总甘油:经水解将甘油酯转化为游离甘油后衍生化

游离甘油定量限:0.005% (m/m)
总甘油定量限:0.02% (m/m)

1. 每20个样品需带质控样(已知甘油含量)
2. 平行样相对偏差≤10%
3. 标准物质:NIST SRM 2772生物柴油

1. 衍生化:N-甲基-N-三甲基硅基三氟乙酰胺(MSTFA)
2. 色谱条件:DB-5ht色谱柱(15m×0.32mm×0.1μm)
3. 程序升温:50℃(1min)→15℃/min→180℃→40℃/min→380℃(5min)
4. 定量方法:内标法(1,2,3-丁三醇)

特别说明

1. 水解步骤需严格控温(75±5℃)和时间(15min)
