用途：用于乳酸杆菌增菌培养。
成分（g/L）
用法：称取本品59.8克，于1000ml蒸馏水中，并吸取1.32ml冰乙酸，混匀，加热溶解并不停搅拌，冷至50℃左右时，倾入无菌平皿，无需高压灭菌。
注：培养基中含少量硫酸镁、硫酸锰、硫酸亚铁，灭菌后可能出现少量沉淀。

按标签用法制备培养基，接种以下质控菌株，放置36±1℃需氧培养24-48小时。
