用途:用于李斯特氏菌的选择性增菌培养。
成分(g/L)：
用法
称取本品 36.1g,加热溶解于1000ml 蒸馏水中,分装每瓶 225ml,121℃高压灭菌 15 分钟,冷却,备用。
在李斯特氏菌增菌肉汤（LEB）中单增李斯特氏菌特征为浑浊；
大肠埃希氏菌特征为抑制；金黄色葡萄球菌为抑制或部分抑制。
李斯特氏菌增菌肉汤（LEB）微生物灵敏度试验:
按标签用法制备培养基，接种以下质控菌株，放置30±1℃需氧培养48小时。
