• 重复性条件下两次测定结果差值≤0.05pH
• 样品预处理:浑浊样品需离心(3000r/min,5min)
• 电极维护:测定后需用纯水冲洗至电势差<1mV
• 温度校正公式:ΔpH=0.03×(t-25)
• 允许添加0.1mL中性乙醇消除气泡干扰
• 清汁类选择苹果汁基质(pH 3.3-4.0)
• 浊汁类选择橙汁基质(pH 3.0-3.5)
• 浓缩汁需验证稀释后的pH恢复性
