甲醇中40种农药混标溶液（G组）适用于标准附录G所列农药的仪器校准。
1. 样品经乙腈提取后采用QuEChERS方法净化
2. 检测器：三重四极杆质谱仪（MRM模式）
3. 色谱柱：DB-5MS毛细管柱（30m×0.25mm×0.25μm）
检出限(LOD)：0.001-0.01 mg/kg
定量限(LOQ)：0.005-0.05 mg/kg
※ 具体数值需根据仪器性能和样品基质验证
2. 加标回收率范围：70%-120%
3. 相对标准偏差(RSD)≤20%
4. 每20个样品设置1个基质加标样
称取10g样品→加10mL乙腈均质提取→加4g MgSO₄和1g NaCl离心
2. 净化：
取上清液→加150mg MgSO₄和25mg PSA吸附剂
3. 仪器分析：
进样量：1μL
程序升温：40℃(1min)→以40℃/min升至130℃→以5℃/min升至250℃→以10℃/min升至300℃(5min)
2. 甲胺磷等热不稳定农药需采用冷进样口技术
3. 基质效应评估要求：采用基质匹配标准曲线校准
4. 同批次样品中内标物回收率偏差不得超过±30%
