• 特别适用于含脂类样品（脂肪含量≥2%）
1. 样品前处理：索氏提取/加速溶剂萃取→脂肪测定→硫酸净化
2. 色谱条件：
- 色谱柱：DB-5MS (30m×0.25mm×0.25μm)
- 程序升温：80℃(2min)→20℃/min→180℃→3℃/min→260℃(10min)
3. 质谱条件：
- 电离方式：电子轰击源(EI)
- 监测模式：选择离子监测(SIM)
2. 加标回收：
- 加标浓度：LOQ、10×LOQ、50×LOQ三水平
- 回收率范围：80%-120%
3. 平行样：≥10%样品做双平行测定
