Reference Material

This certificate is designed in accordance with ISO17034 and ISO Guide 31. This reference material (RM) was designed,produced andverified in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 17034 and a registered qualitymanagement system ISO9001.

Uncertainty

The certified value(s) and uncertainty(ies) aredetermined in accordance with ISO 17034 with an 95% confidence level (k=2).Uncertainty is based on the Total Combined Uncertainty, including uncertaintiesof characterisation, homogeneity and stability testing. Stability values are basedon real evidence opposed to simulation.

The producer certifies that this reference materialmeets the specification stated in this certificate until the expiry date,provided it is stored unopened at the recommended temperature herein. Productwarranties for this reference material are set out in the terms and conditionsof purchase.

Intended Use

This RM is intended for use in a laboratory as acalibration and quality control standard or in method development foranalytical techniques.

Proper precautions should be observed whilehandling. See Safety Data Sheet.

Traceability

The balances used for gravimetric measurements arecalibrated with weights traceable to the national standards (DKD). Thecalibration of the balances is verified daily internally and annually by anexternal7 accredited calibration service. Chromatographic methods are traceableto the International System of Units (SI).

Homogeneity

Random replicate samples of the final packaged RMhave been analysed to prove homogeneity compliant with ISO 17034.

Storage

The RM should be stored in the original sealedcontainer at the indicated temperature.

Instructions for use

It is recommended to use 1 mg as the minimum samplesize and if less material is used, to increase the certified uncertainty by afactor of two for half sample and four for a quarter of sample. If storageafter opening is necessary, the RM should be tightly closed and kept from lightand moisture. If the RM was in a sealed ampoule, it should be transferred to avial with minimum head space.

3. 核心检测方法
采用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)法,以内标法(蒽-D10为内标)进行定量分析。样品需经液液萃取或固相萃取富集净化后上机检测。
4. 检出限与定量限
方法检出限(MDL)为0.05~0.2 μg/L,定量限(LOQ)为0.2~0.5 μg/L,具体数值因目标化合物而异,蒽-D10作为内标需满足基线分离要求。
5. 质控样品要求
每批次样品需包含空白样品、平行样及加标回收样。加标回收率应为60%~120%,内标(蒽-D10)的响应值偏差需≤±30%。
6. 关键实验步骤
① 样品萃取:用二氯甲烷液液萃取,浓缩后过硅胶柱净化;
② 仪器分析:GC-MS在SIM模式下采集数据,内标法定量;
③ 内标添加:样品预处理前加入蒽-D10以校正回收率偏差。
7. 特别说明
① 实验需在避光条件下操作,防止多环芳烃光解;
② 蒽-D10与其他目标物的色谱峰需完全分离,避免干扰;
③ 溶剂空白中不得检出蒽-D10,否则需排查污染源。
