It is recommended to use 1 mg as the minimum samplesize and if less material is used, to increase the certified uncertainty by afactor of two for half sample and four for a quarter of sample. If storageafter opening is necessary, the RM should be tightly closed and kept from lightand moisture. If the RM was in a sealed ampoule, it should be transferred to avial with minimum head space.

使用气相色谱-电子捕获检测器(GC-ECD)进行分离检测,采用液液萃取(LLE)或固相萃取(SPE)对水样进行前处理,通过保留时间定性,外标法定量。

方法检出限(MDL)为0.001 mg/L,定量下限(LOQ)为0.005 mg/L。需根据实际水样基体进行验证。
质控样品要求
每批次样品需包含空白加标和平行样,加标回收率应控制在70%~130%,相对偏差≤20%。空白样品中目标物浓度需低于检出限。
关键实验步骤
1. 样品萃取:调节水样pH至中性,用二氯甲烷进行液液萃取,浓缩至1 mL;
2. 仪器分析:进样量1 μL,柱温程序升温(初始50℃保持2 min,以10℃/min升至250℃);
3. 数据处理:绘制校准曲线(≥5个浓度点),相关系数≥0.995。
特别说明
● 含高浓度有机物或悬浮物的样品需经玻璃纤维滤膜过滤;
● 实验过程需避光操作,防止目标物光解;
● 需定期验证色谱柱分离度(相邻峰分离度≥1.5)。
