Intended Use

This RM is intended for use in a laboratory as a calibration and quality control standard or in method development for analytical techniques.

Traceability

The balances used for gravimetric measurements are calibrated with weights traceable to the national standards (DKD). The calibration of the balances is verified daily internally and annually by an external accredited calibration service. Chromatographic methods are traceable to the International System of Units (SI).

Homogeneity

Random replicate samples of the final packaged RM have been analysed to prove homogeneity compliant with ISO 17034.

Storage

The RM should be stored in the original sealed container at the indicated temperature.

Instructions for use

It is recommended to use 1 mg as the minimum sample size and if less material is used, to increase the certified uncertainty by a factor of two for half sample and four for a quarter of sample. If storage after opening is necessary, the RM should be tightly closed and kept from light and moisture. If the RM was in a sealed ampoule, it should be transferred to a vial with minimum head space.

3. 核心检测方法
溶剂解吸-气相色谱法:通过活性炭管采集空气样品,二硫化碳解吸后经气相色谱仪分离,氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)检测。
4. 检出限与定量限
检出限:0.5 μg/mL(以解吸液浓度计)
定量限:1.6 μg/mL(以解吸液浓度计),采样体积为3L时最低检出浓度为0.17 mg/m³。
5. 质控样品要求
空白对照:每批次采样至少2个空白活性炭管,测定结果应小于检出限。
加标回收率:应控制在85%-110%范围内,使用已知浓度标准溶液验证。
6. 关键实验步骤
(1)采样:活性炭管以0.5 L/min流量采集15分钟空气样品;
(2)解吸:加入1.0 mL二硫化碳封闭解吸30分钟;
(3)分析:气相色谱柱温箱程序升温(初始50℃保持2min,以10℃/min升至150℃),进样口温度200℃,检测器温度250℃。
7. 特别说明
(1)避免与苯系物等保留时间相近的物质干扰,必要时更换色谱柱或优化升温程序;
(2)样品解吸后需在24小时内完成分析,保存于4℃避光环境。
