1. 空白对照（全程不加样品的溶剂空白）
2. 基质加标样品（添加量0.5-5 μg/kg）
3. 平行双样（≥10%样本量）
4. 内标回收率监控（按表B.7要求评估）
2. 提取：含脂＞2%样品需冷冻干燥后索氏提取16h
3. 净化：依次通过GPC柱（乙酸乙酯:环己烷=1:1）和复合硅胶柱（正己烷淋洗）
4. 浓缩定容：氮吹至近干，壬烷定容至100μL
5. 仪器分析：DB-5MS色谱柱（30m×0.25mm×0.25μm），多反应监测模式(MRM)
2. 内标溶液需-18℃避光保存，使用前恢复至室温
3. 当样品内标回收率超出60%-120%范围时，需重新处理样品
4. 不同基质样品需采用附录C规定的特异性净化方法
