4. 相对标准偏差(RSD)≤15%
- 均质样品后准确称取5.0 g
- 加入15 mL乙腈振荡提取
- Florisil柱净化，正己烷-丙酮(9:1)洗脱
标准溶液配制：
- 准确移取混标母液(100 μg/mL)
- 用正己烷逐级稀释至工作浓度
仪器分析：
- 色谱柱：DB-5MS (30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm)
- 进样量：1 μL（不分流模式）
- 柱温程序：80℃(1 min)→20℃/min→180℃→5℃/min→280℃(5 min)
2. 不同基质需优化净化条件：脂肪含量＞10%样品需增加凝胶渗透净化
3. 每12小时需进样中间浓度标准溶液校验（偏差≤15%）
4. 注意氯氰菊酯异构体分离度要求（≥1.5）
