Intended Use

This RM is intended for use in a laboratory as acalibration and quality control standard or in method development foranalytical techniques.

Traceability

The balances used for gravimetric measurements arecalibrated with weights traceable to the national standards (DKD). Thecalibration of the balances is verified daily internally and annually by anexternal7 accredited calibration service. Chromatographic methods are traceableto the International System of Units (SI).

Homogeneity

Random replicate samples of the final packaged RMhave been analysed to prove homogeneity compliant with ISO 17034.

Storage

The RM should be stored in the original sealedcontainer at the indicated temperature.

Instructions for use

It is recommended to use 1 mg as the minimum samplesize and if less material is used, to increase the certified uncertainty by afactor of two for half sample and four for a quarter of sample. If storageafter opening is necessary, the RM should be tightly closed and kept from lightand moisture. If the RM was in a sealed ampoule, it should be transferred to avial with minimum head space.

核心检测方法
固相微萃取-气相色谱法(SPME-GC)。通过吸附富集水样中的目标物,经热解吸后进样分析,结合保留时间与质谱特征峰定性定量。
检出限与定量限
方法检出限(MDL)为0.05 μg/L,定量限(LOQ)为0.2 μg/L。需通过空白加标实验验证实验室的具体能力。
质控样品要求
每批次样品需包含至少10%的平行样、空白样及加标回收样。加标浓度建议为定量限的1-5倍,回收率应控制在80%-120%。
关键实验步骤
1. 水样预处理:调节pH至中性,加入氯化钠饱和;
2. 固相微萃取:选择聚二甲基硅氧烷/二乙烯基苯(PDMS/DVB)涂层纤维,吸附时间30 min;
3. 气相色谱条件:初始柱温40℃,以10℃/min升至280℃,保持5 min。
特别说明
1. 2-壬酮易受塑料器皿吸附,需使用玻璃材质保存样品;
2. 高温解吸可能导致纤维涂层损伤,每支纤维建议使用次数不超过50次;
3. 若水样含硫化物或氧化剂,需预加入抗坏血酸或硫代硫酸钠消除干扰。
