适用范围
适用于谷物、蔬菜、水果、茶叶等植物源性食品中62种有机磷、拟除虫菊酯等农药残留的检测。丙酮中62种农药混标溶液(10μg/mL)适用于本标准建立仪器分析方法及校准。
核心检测方法
气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS/MS)
1. 样品经乙腈提取,QuEChERS净化
2. 采用DB-5MS毛细管色谱柱(30m×0.25mm×0.25μm)分离
3. 多反应监测模式(MRM)进行定量分析
4. 丙酮混标溶液用于建立校准曲线(浓度范围:0.005~0.2mg/L)
检出限与定量限
指标 要求
方法检出限(MDL) 0.001~0.01 mg/kg(不同农药有差异)
定量限(LOQ) 0.01~0.05 mg/kg(需满足标准附录A要求)
混标溶液适用性 丙酮基质混标溶液最低校准点浓度≤0.01μg/mL
质控样品要求
1. 每批次样品需同步检测空白基质加标样(加标水平0.01~0.1mg/kg)
2. 加标回收率需控制在70%~120%范围
3. 每20个样品插入1个质控样(QC)和1个标准溶液核查点
4. 丙酮混标溶液需进行期间核查(峰形/响应值偏差≤15%)
关键实验步骤
标准溶液配制
1. 丙酮混标溶液用乙腈梯度稀释为6个校准点(含零浓度点)
2. 每周新配中间浓度溶液(0.1μg/mL)

样品前处理
1. 10g样品加入10mL乙腈振荡提取
2. 加入QuEChERS盐包(4g MgSO₄ + 1g NaCl)离心
3. 上清液经PSA净化填料净化

仪器分析
1. 进样量:1μL(不分流模式)
2. 程序升温:初始70℃(保持2min),以25℃/min升至150℃,再以3℃/min升至270℃
3. 离子源温度:230℃
特别说明
1. 丙酮混标溶液需-18℃避光保存,开封后有效期30天
2. 甲胺磷等极性农药需单独用丙酮-水溶液配制补充
3. 当检测茶叶等高色素样品时,需增加石墨化碳黑净化步骤
4. 敌敌畏等热不稳定农药需验证低温进样口适用性
5. 方法验证时需确认62种农药的基质效应(ME≤±20%)
