GB 23200.8-2016 食品安全国家标准 水果和蔬菜中500种农药及相关化学品残留量的测定 气相色谱-质谱法

适用范围

适用于水果、蔬菜及其制品中500种农药及相关化学品残留量的定性/定量检测。甲苯中82种农药混标溶液(GB23200.8-2016-C)是该标准规定的专用标准溶液,用于建立特定农药的校准曲线。

核心检测方法

气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS):样品经乙腈提取,QuEChERS法净化后,采用DB-5MS色谱柱分离,质谱选择离子监测模式(SIM)检测。甲苯中82种农药混标溶液用于仪器校准和质量控制。

检出限与定量限

• 检出限(LOD):0.001~0.05 mg/kg(不同农药有差异)
• 定量限(LOQ):0.005~0.10 mg/kg(以信噪比S/N≥10计)
• 82种混标中各农药的具体限值需参照标准附录A

质控样品要求

1. 每批次样品需同步进行空白试验
2. 每20个样品插入1个加标回收样(加标水平为LOQ~10×LOQ)
3. 使用甲苯中82种农药混标溶液建立5点校准曲线(R²≥0.99)
4. 每24小时需用中间浓度点进行校准验证(偏差≤±20%)

关键实验步骤

1. 样品制备:均质后称取15g试样
2. 提取:加入30mL乙腈振荡提取,MgSO₄和NaCl盐析
3. 净化:取上清液经PSA和GCB吸附剂净化
4. 上机分析
   - 色谱条件:进样口温度250℃,分流比10:1,程序升温(40℃→300℃)
   - 质谱条件:电子轰击源(EI),离子源温度230℃,扫描范围50~550m/z
5. 定性定量:保留时间偏差≤±0.5min,特征离子丰度比偏差≤±20%

特别说明

• 甲苯中82种农药混标溶液需-18℃避光保存,使用前恢复至室温
• 含硫代磷酸酯类农药(如甲拌磷)需采用脉冲不分流进样模式
• 易分解农药(如克百威)需在试样制备后24小时内完成检测
• 含色素样品(如菠菜)需增加净化步骤并验证基质效应
