GB/T 5009.20-2003《食品中有机磷农药残留量的测定》第二法
适用于蔬菜、水果、谷物等食品中9种有机磷农药残留检测：
敌敌畏、甲拌磷、乐果、马拉硫磷、对硫磷、稻瘟净、杀螟硫磷、倍硫磷、虫螨磷
检测基质：植物源性食品（不包括油脂类样品）
1. 前处理：丙酮振荡提取 → 二氯甲烷液液分配 → 活性炭/氧化铝双柱净化
2. 分析仪器：配备火焰光度检测器（FPD）的气相色谱仪
3. 色谱柱：玻璃色谱柱（长2m×内径3mm）
4. 固定相：5% SE-30/Chromosorb W AW DMCS（80-100目）
5. 检测原理：有机磷化合物在富氢火焰中生成HPO*碎片，发射526nm特征光
